El coaching es mirarte en el futuro, consciente del presente, proyectarte, pensarte, imaginarte y sentirte como deseas estar, para así poder trabajar en ello, es un proceso muy sencillo; el coachee o cliente trae un desafío que no le ha permitido llegar a ese estado deseado y que hasta ahora no ha podido resolver de forma cotidiana, y a través de esa experiencia aplicamos estas herramientas y dinámicas que le permitirán reconocer creencias limitantes que le han mantenido frenado, reforzar su autoestima y valores nucleares que le permitan alcanzar el éxito más allá del éxito; creando pequeños pasos estratégicos que lleven a la consolidación de un objetivo principal.
Lo hago para que otras mujeres se sientan acompañadas, sepan que pueden ejercer el poder dentro y fuera de ellas, que las mujeres también pueden liderar grandes equipos, ser empresarias, asumir altos cargos y sumado a todo eso tener una vida de familia, ser madres, esposas, hijas, tener una vida social y contar con un arnés espiritual que le permitirá reconectarse con la esencia de su vida.
